Green salads by olive and Cheese


Ingredients


1 yellow pepper grain
1 green pepper grain
1 red pepper grain
1 head lettuce
2 tablespoon of lemon juice
200 g Cheddar
1 tablespoon mustard
1-2 cup black olives, chips
5 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
Salt and pepper
200 g Cherry tomatoes

Preparation

Cut peppers into rings and then cut each panel into two. Cut the cheese into 1 cm cubes. Cut tomatoes in half.
Cut lettuce into pieces and placed in a medium pot and add the power of the pepper, tomatoes and olives.
Combines mayonnaise and mustard and ketchup, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl and turn until well mixed completely.
Mixture was then sprinkled on the top of the cheese cubes.
