Rice with chickpeas

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup rice
1 piece medium onion chopped fine
1 cup chickpeas
2 tablespoon Ghee, or oil
1/2 teaspoon spices

Preparation

Boil chickpeas in water in small bowl until well applauded and then washed with water and this is cleared. In the case of canned chickpeas a good wash only.
Wash rice well under running water and then filter. Heat ghee or oil in a medium pot over the fire of sticks is not a medium. Add the onion, so that the volatility of the yellow color. Add the rice and turn on the fire so as to take a golden yellowish color.
Add the chickpeas and spices, salt and 2 1/2 - 3 cups of water and turns well. Boil leaves.
