
Ingredients
1/2 Cup rice
4 cups full-cream milk, fresh
Sugar, according to taste
Cinnamon (optional)
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 teaspoon starch
Preparation
Wash rice several times under running water and cleared.
Put the rice in milk for two hours.
Put rice and milk mixtures in a pot and cooking until the rice ripens.
Starch dissolved in 2 tablespoon of water and added to the milk and rice.
Add the vanilla and sugar and turn.
Reduce the fire and leave the cooking for 10 minutes. Removed from the fire and left to cool for 30 minutes. Put in a small dish and provide Anne with nuts, cinnamon powder and then placed in the refrigerator until the present.
