egyption rice (by arbic called { orz belkhalta}



Ingredients

4 cup of Egyptian rice
4 cups sauce
2 onions fine
2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon garlic fine
Salt and white pepper as the desire
3 small spoons cinnamon
100 gm boiled and roasted almonds
2 tablespoon roasted pine
2 tablespoon raisin
3-1 cup corn oil
2 tablespoon butter

Preparation

Wash rice well and cleared.
Prepare a container filled with oil and butter and placed on the fire.
