Potato Soup


Ingredients

4 pieces potatoes, medium diced chopped
1
Chicken Broth
1 piece of onion, chopped fine
1-2 1 cup full-fat milk
3/4 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup parsley leaves

Preparation


Cook until potatoes are cooked and then left to cool for 5 minutes.
Place the potatoes in boiling water with the mixer is mixing at high speed so that the smooth and leave aside.
Sautes onions in butter in medium bowl until golden color.
Add the potatoes and milk and imposed Chicken Broth, salt and pepper and leave to boil.
If the mix can be thick, add more water. Made immediately, and put the parsley leaves.
